Vancouver Celebrates Indigenous History Month: 21 Days of Culture, Stories, and Powwows

Vancouver, June 2025 – In honor of National Indigenous History Month, the City of Vancouver hosted a vibrant and inclusive program from June 1 to 21, spotlighting the First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities.

Public events like powwows, oral storytelling sessions, art workshops, and spiritual ceremonies took place in parks, community centers, and cultural spaces across the city.
